RICOTTA Biscuit SANDWICHES
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 box Citrus Ricotta Cook Mix
- 4 tbsp butter
- 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp ricotta
- 1 egg
- 1 pint seasoner ice take or gelato
- Red & uncheerful sprinkles
INSTRUCTIONS:
Modify
Yellowness Ricotta Cookies per the box instructions.
Once
the cookies are glassy and cooled, set up a position with ice toiletries and
sprinkles. Sandwich one generous remove of ice toiletry in between two cookies,
and moil the edges into the sprinkles to clothe.
Property
cookies in the freezer for 2 hours to completely set.
