Egg Martabak

Leather Material:
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Water 1 tablespoon
  • Baking soda 1/4 tsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Medium protein flour of 250 g
  • 400 ml of fresh milk
  • Margarine 1 tablespoon
  • Eggs 1 btr
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp

Material contents:

  • Sufficiently sweetened condensed milk
  • Sufficient chocolate and peanuts or grated cheese
  • Butter 2 tablespoons


How to make:

Prepare a large container, then add flour, fresh milk, eggs, sugar and salt.
Stir the mixture until evenly distributed.
Use a cloth to cover the dough container.
Leave for 20-30 minutes.
Strain the mixture if there is still a lump.
Heat a sweet (non-stick / Teflon) martabak pan with medium heat.
Prepare baking powder, baking soda, and put water in a small container.
After stirring until well blended, mix into the mixture. Stir the mixture until smooth.
Apply cooking oil or butter on a baking sheet. Use low heat.
Pour the batter into the pan. Stir the top of the mixture slowly so that the dough covers the entire side of the baking sheet.
When the mixture is half cooked and air cavities appear on the entire surface, sprinkle sugar and cover.
Once cooked, remove the martabak and place it on a cutting board.
Apply butter until evenly distributed.
Sprinkle chocolate, beans or grated cheese.
Add sweetened condensed milk.
Cut martabak into two parts.
Stack up until the sides that have been sprinkled with contents stick to each other.
Cut and divide according to taste.
Sweet martabak is ready to be served.
