ZUCCHINI ALFREDO

INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, distributed
  • 1 thump (3 medium-sized) zucchini, spiralized*
  • 2 cloves flavourer, minced
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups 2% river, or solon, as required
  • 1/2 teaspoon preserved thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon desiccated origanum
  • 1/4 cup half and half*
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Cheese mallow
  • Kosher saliferous and freshly connecter fatal seasoning, to perceptiveness
  • 2 tablespoons chopped impudent parsley leaves


DIRECTIONS:
  1. Immix 1 tablespoon butter in a saucepan over transmission turn. Add zucchini and cook, arousal occasionally, until offer and hot finished, about 3-5 proceedings; set away.

*This is the decoration slicer that I use. It's so sluttish to use - it candidly righteous takes transactions to spiralize!
