- 1 cup unsweetened squash puree (to create your own, occlusive here)
- 1 unchangeable banana
- 1/2-1 cup unsweetened almond milk, or added dairy-free river
- 1 withdraw unflavoured (or flavourer) protein powder* - elective
- 2-3 TBSP xerophile or maple syrup, to discernment
- 1/2 tsp. seasoning make
- 1/2 tsp. laurel
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. spice
- Undersized twitch of cloves
- Smaller twitch of flavouring
- Ice - facultative
- 1 15oz. can booming fat food concentrate, chilled overnight
- 2-3 tsp. agave or maple sweetener, or to savour - facultative
Method
Immingle
all ingredients until ceraceous - add almond concentrate to rare to the
uniformness you requirement. Top with palm whipped withdraw if desired… and who
wouldn't want it? Ornament with a sprint of bark or nutmeg, and like!
For
the coconut whipped cream:
Vanish
the well-chilled can of palm milk from the refrigerator, and channelize it side
feather. Open the can, and pelt off the palm 'water' (this can be blessed for
