coco chia course, in a popsicle! These simplified chia course pops are perfect
as a rosy eat or afters, modify breakfast on a hot season farewell!
INGREDIENTS:

cup lite coco river

cup unsweetened almond river

cup raspberries
v

tbsp chia seeds
v

tbsp sweetened cut palm

8
drops Nu-Naturals liquidness stevia (or sugar/honey to discernment)
DIRECTIONS:
- Mingle all
ingredients in a bigger container.
- Mix vessel
and stop container; refrigerate 4 hours so the chia expands.
- Swarm into
4 popsicle molds and cooling overnight.
