Rosewater
& Pistachio Kulfi With Griddled Mangoes
Kulfi is ordinarily made from
concentrate that has been stewed for several hours. This corrupt variation is
prefabricated with condensed river, so all the unmerciful make has been
finished for you.
Ingredients
- 450g
tin condensed milk
- 2
tbsp rosewater
- 50g
real exquisitely cut pistachio, plus roughly shredded pistachios to assist
- 284ml
tub twice withdraw
- 3
smaller, mellow mangoes
Method
- Twinge
the condensed river into a trough and commove in the rosewater and
pistachios. Gently blow the withdraw until it holds its configuration, then
