Spicy Chicken Cacciatore

With a tub of homespun herb sauce in the fridge, this containerful is a tack

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 fowl leg portions, skin on
  • 2 red peppers, deseeded and cut into strips
  • 1 occupation red chilli, deseeded and sliced
  • glassful red wine (most 175ml/6fl oz)
  • ½ quantity herb sauce (see 'Goes good with')
  • 1-2 handfuls disgraceful olives
  • chopped flatleaf herb, to operate


Method
  1. Change oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Temperature the oil in a unplumbed, ovenproof roasting pan that's big enough to fit the crybaby in a unary place.
