A
buoyant and fast formation chicken and stalklike lather that can be whipped up
in fewer than an period
Ingredients
- 8 bone-in poulet thighs, peel
pulled off and unwanted
- 1 tbsp oil
- 5 fountain onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp simple flour
- 2 volaille repute cubes
- 2 largish carrots, cut into batons
(no requisite to pare)
- 400g new vine, halved if titanic
- 200g glaciated peas

Method
- Put the boiler on. Fry 8 bone-in
chickenhearted thighs in 1 tbsp oil in a casserole activity or
comprehensive pan with a lid to quick chromatic.
- Shift in the whites of 5 snap
onions with 2 tbsp bare flour and 2 fearful get cubes until the flour

- Take off the lid and simmer for 15
