Aguacate Chickenhearted Burgers
These
paleo spinach avocado wuss burgers are the net well burger. They're packed with

INGREDIENTS
For

- 1 littler aguacate (or half a hulking avocado), diced into chunks
- Butter lettuce leaves (nonmandatory)
- For the aguacate mayo (facultative)

- 4 tbsp aguacate oil
- Humor of one citrus
- 1/4 tsp sea flavoring
- 1/8 tsp dim flavoring (omit for AIP)
INSTRUCTIONS
For
