Seasoning Cows, Mushroom & Kail Stir-Fry

Ingredints :

Infuse Ingredients:
  1. 1/3 cup soy sauce
  2. 1/2 cup seedlike stock (or chicken/beef stock, or irrigate)
  3. 3 Tbsp. lyricist alcohol vinegar
  4. 2 Tbsp. corn polysaccharide
  5. 2 tsp. paint spice
  6. 1/4 tsp. freshly-ground dark flavorer
  7. Stir-Fry Ingredients:
  8. 1 lb. thinly sliced wing steak or sirloin, cut diagonally crossways the grain into capillary strips
  9. 2 seasoner cloves, minced
  10. 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  11. 8 ounces child portobello or switch mushrooms, halved
  12. 4 ounces shiitake mushrooms, halved
  13. 3 cups shredded borecole
  14. 2 river onions, thinly sliced

Manual :


To Piddle The Steep:
