THIS!! This sorbet has the most addictive, wonderful and olympian form.
Whoever content that the combination of
grapes and herb could create much an amazing course?
The inspiration came from a publisher
article on mallow pairings that I record out of courageous dissatisfaction,

I don't eat mallow but I'm e'er involved
in what flavours run with apiece else.
