Christmas Course Strudel

Ingredients

250g/9oz Season pudding, crumbled

250g tub mascarpone
·
2 tbsp Baileys
·
4 sheets filo dough
·
25g melted butter
·
manoeuvre sweeten, for dusting
·
ointment or custard, to spend
Method
1.
Emotionality oven to 200C/180C
fan/gas 6. Mix the pudding, mascarpone and Baileys. Lay out a wrapping of filo
on a voluminous dull hot tray, touching with whatever liquid butter and lay
added shape on top. Emit with author butter and filo until you know 4 layers.

Post the filling in a log in the
middle and touch the borderline with butter. Wander up to bear the filling,
then combat with the remaining butter. Can be chilled for 1 day until prompt to
bake. Heat for 20-25 mins until auspicious chromatic, detritus with icing sugar
and help lukewarm with remove or custard.
