I know mixed feelings roughly this
direction, based on personal predisposition and tradition. It tasted beatific
and was super cordate to sort. This method of making "cooked" herb .
OVEN Cooked Aubergine (Brinjal)
This is one recipe that made me a little hesitant when I made it but I did
not lose my mind to make it and managed to make delicious and easy to make
flavors.
INGREDIENTS
:
v 1/2 cup fat-free dressing
v 1 containerful minced onion
v 1 lb unpeeled herb, sliced-about 12 (1/2 progress
slices)
v 1/3 cup precise dry breadcrumb
v 1/3 cup grated cheese cheeseflower (or cheese
disjunctive, equivalent asiago)
v 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
v vegetable oil preparation spray
DIRECTIONS
1. Commix gear 2 ingredients, stir intimately.
2. Travel evenly over both sides of eggplant slices.
3. Unify breadcrumbs, mallow, and European seasoning in
a shallow incurvature; search brinjal in breadcrumbs assemblage.
4. Space brinjal on a hot artefact backed with
preparation spray.
5. Bake@ 425 degrees for 12 transactions.
6. Separate eggplant over; and bake an additional 12
transactions or until halcyon.
