MUSSELS FRA DIAVOLO
Seafood on Xmas Eve is a pass kin
tradition. This can be served as an starter with dough for dipping or over food
as a main activity or flat over zoodles to reserve it low carb. I usually use
my own homemade marinara sauce (I never use jarred sauce) when I make this, but
I reliable this with Delallo's Pomodoro Fresco and I hump to say I was really
impressed, and so was my mate! It tastes upright like my homespun sauce and
this saucer came together in little than 15 transactions.

MUSSELS FRA DIAVOLO
Mussels in a spicy red marinara
sauce - panduriform and fine, incomparable served with lots of healthy cereal
crusty pelf for dipping into the scrumptious sauce.
INGREDIENTS:
v 1 (25.25 oz jar) DeLallo Marinara or
homemade marinara
v 1 tbsp actor virgin olive oil
v 1/4 cup minced onion
v 2 ail cloves, thinly sliced
v 1 tsp humble red bush
v 3/4 cup dry color alcohol (omit for
Paleo and Unit 30)
v 3 lbs (48 to 50) charged mussels,
scrubbed and debearded
v 2 tbsp sliced parsley, for decorate
v (nonmandatory) unit cereal crusty bread,
for bringing
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a conspicuous saucepan, heat the
olive oil over medium-high modify until hot.
2. Add the shallot, seasoner and humbled
red pepper and ready until sweet, active 1 bit.
3. Add the alcohol and temperature until
reduced by half, almost 3 minutes.
4. Budge in the marinara sauce and fetch to
a simmer.
5. Budge in the mussels, meet and ready
